at Podium, you will:
* Welcome and serve our guests with warmth and professionalism, preparing and serving drinks with confidence and personality.
* Use your knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits to make recommendations, guiding guests through their drinks experience and helping to create memorable moments.
* Work seamlessly with the wider team to ensure smooth service, always attentive to guest needs and preferences.
* Evening and weekend availability is essential – these are our busiest and most exciting times
* Experience behind the bar is important, ideally in a similar venue. If you bring warmth, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude we can provide the training you need to succeed.
