The Role
As Senior Electrical Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to successful handover. You'll lead site teams, build trusted client relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
What You'll Be Doing

o Leading electrical site teams and ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental and quality standards

o Managing programme, budgets and reporting to ensure successful delivery
*
o Overseeing variations and supporting the pricing of additional works
*
o Building strong, long-term client relationships
*
o Mentoring and developing your team to support succession and growth
*
o Providing technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle
What You'll Bring

o Proven experience managing M&E projects, with strong electrical expertise
*
o HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
*
o Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract delivery
*
o Confident leadership and communication skills
*
o A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high standards
