We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Early Careers Coordinator to join our Apprentice team at our purpose‑built training academy in Blackburn.
This role is a 12‑month maternity cover.
Our Role
As an Early Careers Coordinator in the Early Careers team you will provide full administrative support. You will accurately input, track and monitor the training and development of all Early Careers employees, and assist the department with general administrative tasks. This is a varied role suitable for someone adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the organisation.
We’d like to hear from you if you have:
* Previous experience working in an administrative setting (Essential)
* Be self‑motivated and can work independently, while under pressure to meet relevant business targets, often using your own initiative (Essential)
* Have a high level of organisation and ability to prioritise competing workloads while working dynamically across multiple teams with varied skillsets (Essential)
* Computer literate and proficient with a full range of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Essential)
* Five A* to C GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths (Essential)
