Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the global commercial team to provide technical support during sales processes.
2. Use a consultative approach to understand client needs, address objections, and showcase support services.
3. Deliver technical presentations highlighting Support Revolution’s value.
4. Analyze customer support histories to identify pain points and tailor solutions.
5. Manage technical pre-sales activities, working with subject matter experts across Oracle, SAP, and Security practices.
6. Support the sales team by resolving complex customer queries and ensuring smooth communication.
7. Maintain technical data in CRM and contribute to tenders and marketing efforts.
8. Oversee technical transition from sales to onboarding for a seamless customer experience.
9. Vet products for support, identify risks for contracts, and suggest process improvements.
10. Continuously update knowledge of the Oracle and SAP third-party support industry, reviewing vendor, competitor services, and industry trends.
Qualifications
* Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering, preferably with Oracle or SAP ERP and Database solutions.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong problem-solving skills to analyze customer pain points and tailor solutions.
* Ability to collaborate across teams, from sales and marketing to technical experts.
* Solid knowledge of Oracle, with familiarity with SAP, PeopleSoft, or VMware.
* Highly organized with experience managing CRM data and sales collateral.
* Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and efficiency.
