Sales Consultant - New Homes
18 month FTC
London - North Woolwich (site-based, Tuesday to Saturday)
Up to £35,000 basic salary plus £10,000 OTE bonus (paid quarterly)
We are looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Consultant.
We are one of the UKs leading and award-winning providers of affordable homes in London, the South-East and surrounding areas. We provide and manage 50,000 homes to over 100,000 customers. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will undertake the marketing and subsequent sale of shared ownership housing activities by delivering an exceptional, proactive and tailored customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that all homes are sold within the agreed marketing period.
* Set up, coordinate and attend viewings.
* Closely monitor the progress of sale and take action as necessary to ensure sales targets are achieved.
* Provide competitor analysis reports and any other reporting information that may be required.
* Prepare and distribute accurate pre-sale price lists within the agreed timeframe set out for approval by the Sales Manager.
* Identify and resolve problems on purchases, advising buyers and solicitors accordingly.
Skills and Experience Required
* Property Sales experience as a Sales Executive, Consultant or Negotiator.
* New Homes experience desirable but not essential.
* Ability to work 9am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday (guaranteed Sundays and Mondays off)
