About the Role
Trauma and Wellbeing Practitioner in the SARC Trauma Resilience Hub. You will work alongside a Clinical Psychologist and a Specialist Social Worker to support adults who have experienced sexual harm. Provide structured trauma stabilisation interventions and coordinate care plans for adults with severe trauma‑related mental health needs.
Personal vehicle and valid driving licence required for a regional post across Devon and Cornwall.
Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week. Service open Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. Three days to be agreed on appointment with your line manager.
Contract Type: Fixed term contract for 18 months. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
Training for the role will be provided.
