Contract: Full-time, temporary
Salary: £32,916 – £45,351 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)
About the Role
Heart of Supply is delighted to be working closely with a lovely small rural village primary school in the Lincolnshire Fens to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher for a mixed Year 3/4 class, where you will be supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant in the classroom.
This is a temporary long-term role initially until Christmas, offering a wonderful opportunity to become part of a warm, welcoming school community with a genuine family feel.

What You Will Need
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Recent experience teaching Key Stage Two (minimum of 6 weeks in a UK school)
* Confidence in delivering the national curriculum and adapting lessons to suit different learning needs
* Strong classroom presence with effective behaviour management strategies
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with pupils, colleagues, and parents
* A nurturing, enthusiastic approach to supporting both academic and emotional development
