Overview
Bennett & Game are currently seeking a Construction Manager to join a forward-thinking and dynamic Main Contractor based in Chichester. The initial sites will be located across London and the Home Counties, primarily within secure and high-compliance environments. The company delivers complex construction projects across the UK, with clients spanning both the public and private sectors.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage construction projects within secure environments, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, security, and quality.
* Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of construction projects.
* Lead site teams including subcontractors and direct labour.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
* Work with the commercial team on budgets and procurement plans.
* Ensure adherence to project scope, health and safety regulations, and secure environment protocols.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within secure, defence, or complex MEPH environments.
* Prior experience using Microsoft Project.
* Already obtained/willing to obtain Security Clearance.
* CSCS Black Card or equivalent.
* SMSTS Certification.
* Strong Knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and project management.
* Full UK Driver's License and willing to commute to site.

* Salary: £55k - £65k
