CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL

SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
Elite Touch Group Ltd are excited to be working with their well-established client, who are looking for a Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing department, based at their Portsmouth Office.
The Role:
As a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team, you will provide vital support to Fee Earners and contribute to the smooth running and continued growth of the department. Your responsibilities will include:
* Compiling and sending out draft contract packs
* Drafting documents such as AP1s and TR1sRequesting property searches
* Liaising with HM Land Registry and managing SDLT submissions
* Chasing outstanding enquiries and communicating with clients
* Sending requisition statements
* Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is confident, organised, and driven, with at least 1 year of solid experience in Residential Conveyancing.
You will need to demonstrate:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
* Familiarity with legal case management systems and online tools (e.g. SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications)
* A client-focused mindset and a professional demeanour
