Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent phone etiquette, and strong clerical skills. The Administrator will be responsible for data entry, managing office tasks, assisting with financial documentation, invoice and receipt documentation, and delivery collections.
Responsibilities
* Office Operations: Support the General Manager to ensure the smooth office running, including maintaining a tidy and organised environment.
* Administrative Support: Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and reservations with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent etiquette.
* Office Organisation: Organise and maintain office files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documents.
* Mail and Deliveries: Assist with sorting incoming/outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
* Communication: Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and streamline processes. Ensure all communications verbal or written have been delivered and understood.
