Job Summary You will work with the Project Director to support the day to day running of the c apital projects. You will have a passion for high standards and good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Main Duties a nd Key Responsibilities Technical Supporting or delegated responsibility for the day-to-day management of allocated projects across the stages of project delivery ( inception to completion and handover). Support feasibility assessments and scoping for new projects. Coordinating subcontractors and material orders in line with project schedule Production of detailed quotes for new work within agreed timescales Monitoring and reporting potential delays and changes to costings Ensure health and safety regulations are abided within role and responsibilities and being proactive on potential risks. Ensure that all works meet required quality standards, conducting inspections or reviews where necessary. Support or oversee the procurement process for subcontractors, materials, and services as required. Reporting Project reporting to Project Director, clients and internal stakeholders in a timely fashion Support Contract Administration Condition Surveys where needed for to support project scope recommendations Undertake Statutory Compliance audits Ensure the project programme is updated regularly and reflects progress, delays, or resource changes. General Work as a positive team player, demonstrating mutual respect and integrity for others. Maintain open and effective communication at all levels within the business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain alignment and satisfaction. Key Skill/Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 years Construction Project Management experience in: P&L and budgeting Projects between £ 20 ,000 and £ 25 million Healthcare projects management essential SMSTS or IOSH qualification desirable Project Management qualification desirable Excellent Communication Skills is a necessity for this role Strong IT skills is a necessity (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good eye for detail Proactive and willing to learn Good time management skills with the ability to use own initiative to prioritise tasks. Your work will take you into buildings with children and vulnerable adults, therefore you will be asked to complete an enhanced DBS check.
