Role Description
This is a fully remote Assistant role with occasional monthly meetings in London. The Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, support the coordination of projects, manage communications, and assist with client relations. They will be responsible for scheduling appointments, organising files, and manage internal processes and workflows. The Assistant will also support the leadership in strategic projects and day-to-day priorities, get close mentorship from the founders and exposure to entrepreneurship, digital business and early-stage challenges by shadowing the core team.
Qualifications
* Current university student studying towards at least Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred)
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with project coordination and client relations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with cultural/education consultancy or related fields is a plus
