Role Responsibilities
As a Class 1 Multidrop Driver within our pallet-network operation, you will play a key part in ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:
Loading and unloading vehicles in line with company and pallet-network safety standards.
Delivering to and collecting from customers-providing excellent service both face-to-face and over the phone.
Maintaining regular communication with the Transport Team, providing progress updates and helping us manage customer expectations.
Attending scheduled training sessions to keep skills and certifications up to date.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a reliable, customer-focused driver who can represent our brand professionally on the road and at customer sites:
A full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.
Previous multidrop experience is beneficial, particularly within pallet networks, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
A strong commitment to outstanding customer service and building good relationships on every route.
Ability to work to time-critical deadlines while maintaining safety and accuracy.
Confident, polite, and a team player with strong communication skills.
Solid geographical knowledge and confidence navigating a variety of delivery locations.
Physically fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated, with a positive attitude to a busy and varied working day.

Shift Hours : 7.30am start, Monday to Friday. Very occasional Saturday working will be required but this will be paid at an enhanced rate.
