Do you have experience growing, leading, and mentoring a team of sales professionals within a FMCG business? This role will lead the sales strategy and execution, manage a high-performing sales team and ensure all sales objectives are aligned with the overall business goals.

As Head of Sales you will be:
Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director where you will be developing and executing a sales strategy
Driving business growth by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities across key accounts, strategic partnerships and distribution channels
Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders to support retention and expansion
Overseeing day-to-day sales operations including accurate forecasting, effective pipeline management and continuous CRM system optimisation
Working closely with the marketing team to ensure sales initiatives are fully integrated with broader business and brand strategies
As Head of Sales you will have:
Proven sales management experience with a track record of success, achieving revenue targets and KPIs
Leadership and management experience where you have mentored and driven internal sales teams
Experience developing and managing a sales budget, contract negotiations and discount policies
Prior experience and examples where you have driven customer acquisition and retention strategies through strategic initiatives
