Required Skills:? VMware expertise : 5+ years hands-on experience with ESXi and vCenter in enterprise environments.
Deep knowledge of DRS, HA, Distributed Switches, Content Libraries, and ESXi lifecycle.
Scripting : PowerCLI, PowerShell, and some Terraform.
Networking, storage, and server fundamentals .
Familiarity with other hypervisors (KVM, KubeVirt, OpenShift).
Strong documentation and communication skills .
