9. Valid and Clear NMC pin registration number ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )

11. Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference
12. Previous leadership experience and nursing home experience advantageous
Purpose of Role: To achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Colleagues. To take management responsibility for a shift as directed.
