We’re working with a brilliant specialist school in Harlow that supports children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs. Pupils often arrive feeling misunderstood—but with the right support, they begin to thrive.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in that journey. You won’t just be helping in the classroom—you’ll be helping young people rebuild trust, grow in confidence, and take pride in their progress.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs
2. Delivering tailored support in both 1:1 and group settings
3. Assisting with personalised learning and behaviour plans
4. Building trusting relationships with students
5. Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and specialist staff
6. Promoting emotional wellbeing and celebrating small victories every day

7. Experience working with children with SEND or SEMH
