To support the Housing Development Team reporting to the Senior Development Officer in day to day administration and to check and file all commissioning and handover certificates. Ensure and file affordability checks for shared ownership customers are completed. To produce key information documents. Provide full sales packs, transfers and completion statements to legal conveyance team. Liaise with Estate Agents and the legal team on approving mortgage offers, exchange and completion dates and ensuring properties are ready for completion. Attend weekly progress meetings with external agents on the progress of sales. To provide general administrative support to the service area, including Monitoring the team inbox assisting customers and internal colleagues with queries and redirecting where appropriate: Preparing performance information and reports, requesting valuations and rent calculations, assisting with end of year accounts. taking meeting minutes; data entry. To set up suppliers in accordance with procurement policy, raise orders, process invoices and utility bills. Manage year end processing in relation to invoices and orders. Liaise with customers and utility companies to ensure accurate billing. Liaise with accountancy colleagues to ensure consistent information.Day to day administration tasks for new homes into management that meets the service areas needs.
