SEN Teaching Assistant - Colchester, Essex
Pay: £ PH (32.5 hour weeks)

Were looking for a caring and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Colchester. This is a brilliant opportunity to make a lasting impact, supporting children with special educational needs to reach their full potential.
What youll be doing:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
* Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions
* Helping create a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
* Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and communication development
What were looking for:
* Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or childcare setting
* Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification preferred
* Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong, trusting relationships
* Confident working as part of a team to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
