Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable External Renderer with a valid CSCS card to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing render on the exterior surfaces of residential or commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
* Prepare external walls and surfaces for rendering (e.g., cleaning, applying base coats, installing mesh).
* Mix and apply various types of render, including traditional sand and cement, monocouche, silicone render, and acrylic systems.
* Apply multiple coats of render to achieve desired finish (e.g., smooth, textured, or patterned).
* Operate rendering tools and equipment safely (e.g., trowels, hawks, mixers, spraying machines).
* Work from scaffolding and ensure all work is carried out to a professional finish.
