What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a high-performing elderly residential care home
* Driving occupancy and commercial performance in a competitive market
* Continuing to build and develop a motivated, engaged team
* Maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and reputation
* Overseeing local marketing and recruitment strategies
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Home Manager in elderly care
* Strong commercial acumen, particularly around occupancy growth
* A confident leader who can develop people and sustain culture
* NVQ Level 5 (or working towards)
* Someone who thrives in a stable environment and wants to build on success
