Showroom Consultant - Doncaster - Plumb Centre (16 hours per week)

As a Showroom Consultant based in our Doncaster Showroom you’ll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers as they enter the showroom and assisting them in finding the perfect bathroom solutions.
* Engaging with customers to understand their needs, provide design ideas and recommend suitable products.
* Ensuring the showroom is always tidy, well-presented, and stocked with the latest products and information.
* Handle any customer enquiries, issues, or concerns with professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
This is a part time role working 16 hours per week Monday to Friday along with every other Saturday morning. Hours can be discussed at interview stage.

* Previous experience in a customer facing role
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work well within a small team to achieve sales targets and fulfil customer expectations, with flexibility to work independently when needed.
