We are currently recruiting for a Driver Awareness Team Clerk to join a friendly and supportive team based in Netley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an administrative role within a well-structured and welcoming environment.
About the Role
As a Driver Awareness Team Clerk, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team. This role offers a blend of office and home working, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
Working hours are attractive and structured, typically 7:45am - 3:45pm, with potential flexibility to start earlier at 7:00am.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the Driver Awareness Team
Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
Responding to queries via phone and email
Supporting the coordination of driver awareness processes
Ensuring documentation is processed efficiently and accuratelyAbout You
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Good attention to detail
Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team(Previous experience is helpful but not essential.)
