As part of their continued growth in the East Midlands, they are now seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to help lead and develop their Civil Engineering offering in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take a hands-on, leadership role in both project delivery and team development. The Role: Lead the delivery of civil engineering designs for a range of development projects, particularly in the residential sector. Work closely with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes. Prepare and review designs relating to Section 278, 38, 104 and 185 Agreements. Remain engaged in design using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage. Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to the growth of the local civils team. Play a key part in shaping the future direction of the team and regional presence. What We're Looking For: Strong background in infrastructure and drainage design. Proven experience managing client relationships and commercial awareness. Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
