IT Service Desk Technician - Gloucester (on site and must be able to drive) - £30k - £33k I'm seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Technician for a public sector organisation based in Gloucestershire. You'll be supporting internal users on a range 2nd line technical issues, ranging across hardware, software and other services. You'll be working alongside an established team, within an ITIL environment, dealing with users face to face, remotely and occasional walk ins.Must be eligable to apply for SC/ NPPV3/DV Clearance.
