Role Overview Ark Living is seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Site Painter & Decorator to support the upkeep and presentation of our growing portfolio of co-living and student accommodation properties.
This role is critical in ensuring all sites are maintained to a consistently high standard, delivering a quality living environment for our members. You will work across multiple locations, carrying out both reactive and planned decorating works, supporting room turnarounds, and maintaining communal areas.
Key Responsibilities Carry out high-quality painting and decorating works across multiple Ark Living sites
Ensure all studios and communal areas are maintained to a consistently high standard
Support room turnaround programmes, ensuring units are ready for incoming members in a timely manner
Complete snagging works and minor repairs where required
Identify defects, damage, or wear and tear, reporting these proactively
Work closely with site teams to prioritise works and minimise disruption to members
Maintain clean and safe working environments at all times
Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety requirements
Manage materials and ensure efficient use of resources
Support wider maintenance activities where required
Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator, ideally across residential or hospitality environments
Experience working across multiple sites or large-scale properties is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with a high-quality finish
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Good communication skills and ability to work with on-site teams
Practical problem-solving approach
Basic understanding of health and safety practices
