Senior User Researcher - Secure Environment
Contract: 6 months
Location: London (on-site up to 2 days per week)

Clearance: Active SC Clearance is mandatory
We are seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to join a high-profile transformation programme within a secure environment. This role requires active SC clearance, proven experience working on central government projects, and the ability to operate in complex, data-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and facilitate user research activities to inform product and service development.
* Plan and execute research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Security Specialists) to translate research findings into actionable insights.
* Present findings to stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
* Ensure research outputs drive improvements in user experience and security posture.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a User Researcher within central government projects.
* Strong understanding of user research methodologies and analysis techniques.
* Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
* Experience working in secure environments and handling sensitive data.
* Active SC Clearance (required for immediate start).
