The Role
We are currently looking for a competitive and motivated Field Sales Representative to develop sales and manage our customer portfolio across North West England.
This role involves managing an existing portfolio of customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow an existing customer base across your territory
* Develop new business through a range of sales methods (including cold calling and prospecting)
* Identify customer needs and build long-term relationships
* Meet personal and team sales targets
* Research accounts and generate/follow up sales leads
* Attend sales meetings, events, and training to stay updated on market developments
* Provide weekly reports and feedback to management on performance and territory activity
Requirements
* Proven sales experience (field sales preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Full UK driving licence required
