As Merchandise Executive, you’ll support the development and delivery of both own-label and co-branded collections, working across the full product lifecycle. From early concepts through to launch, you’ll help ensure products meet design intent, quality standards, commercial targets and key timelines. You’ll work closely with external partners and internal teams to bring products to market, while maintaining accuracy, structure and attention to detail across multiple projects. You’ll also play an important role in how we trade and evolve our ranges. Through analysis of performance data, market trends and competitor activity, you’ll help inform decisions that optimise product and drive category performance. At the same time, you’ll build strong product knowledge and act as a trusted point of reference for merchandise across the wider business. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where communication and organisation are key. You’ll be working closely with teams across eCommerce, Marketing and Account Management, supporting product launches, campaigns and ongoing product education. We’re looking for someone with experience in merchandising or buying, ideally within a premium or luxury retail or eCommerce environment. You’ll bring a strong eye for detail, a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently. Experience in accessories is particularly relevant, but broader exposure across categories such as apparel or homeware would be a plus. You’ll be comfortable working with data to support decisions, while also bringing creativity and commercial thinking to product development. Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who builds strong relationships, communicates clearly and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
