The Role
The role is fully remote and combines business‑as‑usual delivery with significant project‑led work, focused on scaling and enhancing a complex, high‑impact product. You will be responsible for delivery oversight across multiple squads, ensuring predictable outcomes, continuous improvement, and high‑quality releases in a technically demanding environment spanning web and native mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
own and manage delivery across 2 core software development squads and 1 BI reporting team, each with approximately 6–9 engineers.
Balance ongoing BAU responsibilities (maintenance, bug fixing, regression issues) with multiple concurrent projects delivering new functionality and enhancements to Complete Anatomy.
Partner closely with a senior, well‑established Product Management team to ensure clear priorities, alignment, and effective execution.
Provide support and guidance to Technical Leads, who are relatively new in role, helping to drive:
Accountability and ownership
Consistent delivery standards
Clear technical decision‑making
Identify and address delivery bottlenecks arising from:
Mixed native mobile and web release processes
Long deployment cycles
Regression testing challenges and late‑stage bug discovery
Lead initiatives to shorten and improve release cycles, enabling more frequent, predictable, and higher‑quality deployments.
Improve testing strategies and release confidence to reduce late surprises and unblock teams.
Support the organisation’s move towards more service‑based, consumable architectures.
Use metrics and delivery data to track performance, identify trends, and clearly articulate progress and delivery health.
Act as an Agile delivery evangelist, embedding best practices while remaining pragmatic in an enterprise environment.
Hold engineering teams accountable for commitments while maintaining a healthy, high‑performing culture.

Data‑driven mindset, with Experience using metrics to inform decisions and tell a delivery story.
Strong understanding and practical application of Agile delivery principles.
