The Role | SENDCo:
* Lead and develop SEND provision across the school, ensuring statutory compliance and best practice.
* Support teaching staff in planning, adapting, and delivering targeted interventions for pupils with SEN.
* Monitor and assess the progress of pupils with additional needs, including those with EHCPs.
* Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and the senior leadership team to support pupils holistic development.
* Contribute to whole-school initiatives, ensuring inclusion is central to teaching and learning.
