We are now looking for Waking Night Residential Support Workers to join our specialist children’s residential homes in Ruabon. Our homes support young people with complex needs, trauma histories, emotional distress, learning needs and behaviours that can sometimes challenge. This role is not passive. Waking nights are not just about being awake in the building. You will be part of the emotional safety of the home overnight, helping young people feel reassured, supported and protected during the hours when anxiety, distress and dysregulation can often increase. About the role As a Children’s Residential Support Worker on waking nights, you will support young people with ASD, LD and ADHD throughout the night by providing a calm, consistent and reliable adult presence.
