Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Salary: £30,000 £40,000 (3+ years PQE), £40,000 £50,000 (6+ years PQE)
TSR Legal are pleased to sourcing for an excellent opportunity that has arisen for a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well-established and respected law firm based in Crosshands. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary package and clear progression opportunities.
This role is ideally suited to a legal professional with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Conveyancing, withConveyancing experience being a desirable advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion
Deliver a high standard of client care and ensure all legal work is completed efficiently and accurately
Act as a key point of contact for new client enquiries both in-person and remotely (email and phone)
Comply with all regulatory requirements (SRA/CLC) and firm-wide compliance procedures
Maintain and develop strong working relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
Supervise and support secretarial or administrative staff as required
Assist colleagues with caseloads as and when needed
Required Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing (commercial conveyancing experience is advantageous)
Strong time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and case management systems
