Summary
We are seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Buckingham Care Home in Penistone. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations during the weekends, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain accurate records and manage appointment schedules.
* Assist with administrative tasks.
* Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organised.
* Handle inquiries from residents and families effectively.
* Process incoming mail and packages appropriately.
* Support data entry tasks as required.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
* Proven office experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational abilities with attention to detail.
* Experience with clerical tasks and data entry is preferred.
