As one of our HR Business Partners, you’ll work closely with operational leaders to create a thriving workplace where teams feel supported, valued, and empowered. You’ll also be the go-to expert for all things people-related, driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen culture, and support business performance. T his is a part-time role working 30 hours per week over four days. What you’ll be responsible for Partner ing with managers to deliver effective people strategies aligned with business goals. Support ing on employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes. Champion ing learning and development initiatives to grow internal capability. Train ing our management team on all things HR. Analys ing HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Driv ing engagement, wellbeing, and retention across diverse hospitality teams.
