Administer contracts, manage variations and ensure compliance with all terms. Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior management. Review contractor claims, negotiate settlements and authorise appropriate payments. Support procurement of services and materials, ensuring best value. The Person Degree in Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying. 5 – 10 years ’ experience with demonstrable Facilities Management and MTC expertise. Strong background in cost control, contract administration and commercial reporting. Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
