Call Centre Advisor
The role is based out of the offices in Walsall, West Midlands. The position has the opportunity to be made permanent following successful completion of a 6‑month probationary review period.
Key Responsibilities
* Listening to customer concerns, questions, or requests and responding in a professional and courteous manner.
* Responding to customer concerns about water pressure issues, leaks, outages, or planned maintenance schedules.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls.
* Making outbound calls to book appointments or to offer additional services or products to existing customers.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service position.
* Proactive approach in how they work.
* Confident telephone manner and communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Computer skills including Excel and Word.

This role would suit someone looking to work within a customer service orientated environment or an experienced Customer Service Representative, Call Centre Agent, Call Handler or Customer Service Advisor.
