Responsibilities: Undertake assessments of children in need and those at risk of harm. Work collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of children. Manage a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Prepare clear and concise reports for a variety of audiences including court.Qualifications & Experience: Social Work England registration. Experience within Duty and Assessment or similar. Ability to work under pressure and manage caseloads. Assessment and analytical skills. 3 years perm experience.
