Our client is an established Tier 1 M and E Contractor and they are looking for a Mechanical Estimator/ Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their growing team in the Yorkshire.
The role would see you covering projects across their Leeds office, including sectors such as Education, Leisure, MOJ, Commercial and much more across Building Services Their Yorkshire region has secured 35m worth of work for next year with 4 already in the team and now they need you to come on board

Responsibilities:
To prepare full tenders and take responsibility for design and build projects and pre:designed projects Ability to demonstrate understanding of tender / projects To provide tender breakdown in logical format To clarify your tender comprehensively To identify and inform risks whilst carrying out tender To raise technical queries Complete quotation analysis on all projects Ability to provide accurate budget costs Overall understanding and use of Estimation and Microsoft software To produce tender submission documents Meeting client / contract requirement deadlines
