About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a market-leading M&A insurance team as a Due Diligence Analyst. Working with Private Equity, Corporate, and Infrastructure clients, you will play a key role in advising clients on insurance-related aspects of acquisitions and divestments. The position requires a proactive, motivated mindset and offers the chance to grow within a dynamic, international team.
Responsibilities include:
* Reviewing insurance programs to evaluate adequacy and identify issues.
* Analysing insurance costs advising on them.
* Reviewing claims history and identifying notable trends.
* Producing clear, structured due diligence reports for investor clients.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues across international offices to deliver best-in-class solutions.
* Estimate current and future insurance costs and highlight key findings to clients.
About you:
* Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to build relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

* Previous experience (1–2 years) in insurance.
