Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for an Area Housekeeping Manager for a leading destination venue company to cover circa 21 stores across the country. Our client has hugely successful luxury holiday destinations across the country and they are looking for an Area Housekeeping Manager to be responsible for all housekeeping operations across the group.
This is a new role to the business so you will have the opportunity and autonomy to make this position your own, your main accountabilities as an Area Housekeeping Manager will be:
* The overseeing of all Housekeeping Managers across their sites
* Full accountability for all housekeeping operations
* Management of budgets and cost control
* Elevate current performance across the area and ensure high standards are being met
* Create successful procedures and structure within the team
* Liaise and build relationships with suppliers
