Due to ongoing growth and an increased focus on strategic outreach, our client in Tunbridge Wells is looking to bring on board a proactive Lead Generator to support their teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, building strong local networks, and playing an active role in generating business opportunities through events, marketing campaigns, and community outreach. Excellent benefits Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community groups, and key contacts to develop a consistent lead pipeline Support marketing campaigns by assisting with outreach and following up on leads from targeted initiatives Attend local events, trade shows, and community activities to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and direct engagement Accurately record all activity in the CRM system, ensuring timely and professional follow-up on all interactions Recognise cross-selling opportunities and refer them to appropriate internal teams to support business growth Ensure all customer and community communications comply with regulatory and ethical standards Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing market feedback and insights to help improve future campaigns Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements : Confident and friendly communicator who enjoys engaging with new people Self-motivated and able to independently manage your schedule and meet targets Highly organised with strong attention to detail for accurate lead recording and follow-up Commercially aware with a genuine interest in the local business community Natural relationship-builder comfortable in face-to-face and networking settings Collaborative team player with a professional and positive attitude Desirable: Experience in sales, outreach, customer service, networking or events Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking systems How to Apply: If you are looking for a stable, rewarding career with an organisation that values personal service and team spirit, we’d like to hear from you.
