The Role
* Manage the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
* Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis.
* Collaborate with internal departments to optimise financial performance.
* Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
* Monitor cash flow and implement cost-saving strategies.
* Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Requirements
* Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience in Accounting or Finance.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
