In this role, as OSB Group continues its transformative journey under the Modernisation programme which is set to digitise the Bank, you will ensure the effective end‑to‑end planning and delivery of data migration, ensuring seamless data transfer and integration across systems, using agile methodologies. The role holder will work with a cross‑functional team, utilising their own technical background to lead the team, manage scope, and coordinate and execute migration activities.
Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day planning, supporting and managing of the data migration, project lifecycle, process and people needed under the assigned workstream, creating and owning the detailed workstream delivery plan, that aligns with the Product Owner's high‑level roadmap.
* Identifying, evaluating, communicating and managing priorities, risks, dependencies and opportunities across the workstream.
* Providing technical expertise in digitisation and engineering to the cross‑functional team to aid coordination and execution of the delivery plan, ensuring delivery momentum.
* Engaging, managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders, delivery partners and vendors to ensure delivery excellence outcomes inline with business and performance goals/OKRs.
* Supporting the Product Owner and business analysis team in prioritising backlogs, participating in agile ceremonies and identifying areas for improvement that can be implemented.
* Ensuring the right resources are available at the right time to deliver the associated workstream and the overall Programme to quality, time, and within budget.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for migration‑related updates and issue resolution.
Qualifications
* Previous work experience in an Agile Delivery Lead or Programme Manager role within Financial Services.
* Experience working on complex data migration programmes from multiple legacy systems to cloud with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
* Significant technical understanding of domain services, software development processes, technologies and architecture.
* Qualification in PMI, MSP or other project / programme management or Agile qualification.
Additional Information
Travel will be expected to our Chatham and Wolverhampton offices, with presence in London being required on a frequent basis.
