Systems Training Manager Hybrid-GBP40K
Location: Derby (Hybrid 80% remote)
Contract: Permanent Full-Time (37 hours per week)
Salary: GBP38,725 rising to GBP40,185 after 6-month probation
Are you passionate about developing high-quality systems training and leading a dynamic team? We're recruiting for a Systems Training Manager to join a national charity and shape the future of systems learning across a multi-site organisation.
This is a brand-new role and a rare opportunity to make a real impact leading a team responsible for designing and delivering innovative, engaging systems training for both existing platforms and upcoming implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, lead, and support a small Systems Training Team to deliver high performance.
* Design and deliver training for approximately 21 existing systems and all future rollouts.
* Create accessible and engaging digital learning materials aligned with organisational systems and policies.
* Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and operational leaders.
* Deliver training both online and in person, adapting content for diverse audiences.
About You:
You re a creative and driven leader with a strong background in systems training and a commitment to improving the learning experience. You will bring:
* Experience managing or leading a training team.
* A track record of designing and delivering systems training.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Ideally, experience working in a multi-site organisation and alongside project teams.
Desirable (not essential):
* Experience in the health or social care sector.
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
* Confidence using Microsoft Teams and Office 365 to deliver training.
Hybrid Working and Travel:
This role is primarily home-based (around 80%), with regular travel to the Derby head office and occasional visits to sites across England and Wales.
