Overview
We are a Southampton based company with works carried out on various sites in the South East Hampshire area.
We are looking for Industrial Painters/Sprayers/Surface Preparation/Grit blasters/Brush Hands/Labourers
The roles involve applying paint and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, needle gunning and masking as necessary.
* Apply paint and coatings using hand tools and power tools, ensuring even coverage and adherence to specifications.
* Maintain and operate painting equipment, including spray guns.
* Collaborate with team members.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
The following experience would be preferable
* ICATS
* IPAF
* PASMA
* CCNSG/CSCS
* Confined Space
* Working at height
* Driving Licence
* Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively.
* Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills.
* A commitment to maintaining safety standards in all aspects of the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
