Job Description Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment and assist the care staff to provide support to individuals with personal care tasks, as required. There is also a requirement to assist with the preparation of food, serving meals and beverages. The candidate will need to be available to work variable shift patterns including weekends, evenings and day time. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation. The vacancy hours are to be worked over a three week rolling rota including some weekend working: 4 x 6 hour shifts per week, early shifts start at 8am and finish at 2pm and late shifts start at 2pm and finish at 8pm.
