Responsibilities
* Responsible for carrying out PPM & reactive tasks across the East of England.
* Fixed electrical testing
* Emergency lighting testing
* Must be competent in fault finding and carrying out PPM tasks within set time schedules.
* Compliance with contractual requirements.
* Client satisfaction and the quality of service provided.
* Ensuring the company systems are implemented in a manner, which fully complies with all legal, qualitative, health, safety and environmental standards and other relevant guidance.
* Monitoring and professional oversight of works as directed by their line manager to ensure satisfactory quality levels.
* Developing the competency of them through a commitment to continuing professional development.
* To maintain a driving licence to remain mobile.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 Elec
* 18th Edition
* 2391 Test and Inspect
* Experience in a Commercial Maintenance role
