If you’re a property professional who wants to move beyond traditional conveyancing and get closer to the action - the sourcing, the negotiations, and the upside, this is a genuinely different opportunity.
We’re working with a fast-growing property investment business acquiring 5–6 properties per month, with ambitious plans to scale.
This is not a desk-bound role. It’s hands-on, commercial, and fast-moving - where you’ll be right in the middle of the deals.
The Opportunity
You’ll work directly with an experienced, highly entrepreneurial founder (40+ years in property), acting as their right-hand across legal, commercial, and deal activity.
This is a true “in the mix” role, where you’ll be:
* Out at property events, auctions, and networking (PIN meetings)
* Liaising daily with estate agents, landowners, and investors
* Actively involved in sourcing, structuring, and progressing deals
No two days are the same - one day you could be reviewing contracts, the next spotting a below market rate deal, and the next out building relationships in the market to source buyers/leads.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end conveyancing across multiple live deals
* Sourcing and progressing new property opportunities
* Negotiating with vendors, agents, auction houses, and landowners
* Structuring and executing back-to-back transactions
* Attending property shows, auctions, and networking events
* Building a strong external network across the property ecosystem
* Supporting deal strategy and pipeline growth
What We’re Looking For
* 10+ years’ experience in property / conveyancing (formal qualification not essential)
* Strong understanding of residential and commercial property
* Experience with back-to-back transactions
* Commercial mindset - not just legal
* Confident communicator who can build relationships quickly
* Highly organised but able to operate in a fast-moving environment
* Thick-skinned, resilient, and comfortable with pace and pressure

* You’ll work closely with a founder who operates at pace and expects the same
* It’s a hustle environment - buzzy, reactive, and opportunity-driven
* Based from a private home office (4 days per week)
* Regular time spent out in the market - events, meetings, site visits

Compensation
* c£55,000 base (pro rata)
* £200 per completed deal
* 25% profit share on sourced deals
* Realistic £100k+ earnings
* Potential equity (up to 5%) for long-term impact
