About the Role
As a Telemarketer, you'll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for potential delegates. Your mission will be to convert inbound enquiries and warm leads into successful conference bookings. Working closely with our marketing team, you'll ensure every prospect is handled with professionalism, care, and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with warm leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound enquiries.
* Understand delegate needs and recommend tailored conferencing packages.
* Build and maintain strong relationships, fostering trust and confidence.
* Communicate the benefits of our conferences clearly and persuasively.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise lead conversion.
* Accurately log interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management, ideally within events or conferencing.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
